You are able to self-manage your case and benefits at MyMDThink.
Your application(s) will be processed quicker, and you’ll save time getting what you need. You may easily access the portal using your computer, tablet or smartphone. Smartphone users may use the QR code to go directly to the site.
If you have questions concerning navigating MyMDThink, you may view a short video that

Effective September 20, 2022, in-person servicing will be by appointment only. Additionally, meetings with case managers are by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate customers who do not have an appointment. So we encourage our customers to use the MyMDThink portal or call the Customer Call Center if there is an immediate service need.
