Community Engagement Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Charles County Department of Social Services (CCDSS).

To request agency participation or event materials, submit the Event Request Form at least 5 weeks before your event.

This form notifies our Communications Office and is not a confirmation of participation.

You will receive a response within 72 hours to 1 week, based on staffing and scheduling. We may provide:

• Staff + materials, or
• Materials only (may require scheduled pick-up coordination).
