In an effort to enhance customer service delivery, On February 1, 2016, the Department of Human Resources (DHR) implemented a Statewide Customer Service Center (CSC) 1-800-332-6347, to provide customer service support for the Family Investment Administration (FIA), Child Support Enforcement Administration (CSEA), Social Service Administration (SSA), Office of Constituent Services (OCS), and the Office of Inspector General (OIG).  The CSC provides our customers with information by providing live telephone assistance, postal mail support, email inquiry support and document receipt.  The CSC provides general and case-specific information, updates case information, mails out common forms, and escalates inquiries as specified in CSC Desk Reference Guides.  The CSC has customer service representatives as well an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) that customers can utilize themselves for general and case-specific information.
